Do you keep banging you head against the wall? Do keep trying to change what you can’t change? Do you want revenge when the other person has all the power?  Has any of this worked? How do you feel about yourself?

· Learn how to “Take the High Road”, even in the most challenging situations.
· Learn how to effect change when you can, but just as importantly,
· Learn when to let go and like the person looking at you in the mirror every morning!
